現(xiàn)代絲綢產(chǎn)品加工與創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)國際培訓(xùn)班結(jié)業(yè)典禮
10月25日下午，由科技部國際合作司主辦、中國科學(xué)技術(shù)交流中心組織實(shí)施、浙江理工大學(xué)承辦、《絲綢》雜志社協(xié)辦的“2017現(xiàn)代絲綢產(chǎn)品加工與創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)國際培訓(xùn)班”在我校舉辦結(jié)業(yè)典禮。浙江理工大學(xué)副校長陳文華，以及材料與紡織學(xué)院、絲綢學(xué)院相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師代表、19名學(xué)員出席了結(jié)業(yè)典禮。結(jié)業(yè)典禮由材料與紡織學(xué)院、絲綢學(xué)院副院長江國華主持。
On Oct.25, the closing ceremony of the “International Training Program Processing Technology and Innovation Design of Modern Silk Products” hosted by Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC, implemented by China Science and Technology Exchange Center, organized by ZSTU and co-organized by Journal of Silk, was staged at ZSTU. Vice president Wenhua Chen of ZSTU as well as the relevant leadership and teaching delegates of College of Materials and Textiles & Silk Institute, presented the closing ceremony, which was hosted by vice dean Guohua Jiang of College of Materials and Textiles & Silk Institute.
結(jié)業(yè)典禮上，浙江理工大學(xué)副校長陳文華致辭，祝賀19名學(xué)員圓滿完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，順利結(jié)業(yè)，希望通過此契機(jī)，搭建我國和各發(fā)展中國家在絲綢產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與加工領(lǐng)域的科技合作與人才交流的平臺(tái)，增進(jìn)絲綢行業(yè)全方位的信息互通，建立友誼，攜手并肩，共識(shí)共信，共行共贏。培訓(xùn)班學(xué)員均被授予國家科技部頒發(fā)的結(jié)業(yè)證書。
During the ceremony, vice president Wenhua Chen of ZSTU addressed his speeches. He expressed their congratulations to the 19 trainees for their successful accomplishment of the study, and hoped that by means of the opportunity, the trainees would help to construct a platform of the scientific and technological cooperation and talent exchange in the field of silk product design and processing between China and other developing countries, promote the all-round information communication of the silk industry, establish the friendship, work hand in hand and shoulder to shoulder, and perform common behavior and benefit. The trainees of the program were granted their study completion certificates issued by the national MOST.
本次培訓(xùn)班共有柬埔寨、蒙古、印度、泰國、緬甸、孟加拉、埃及、毛里求斯、加納、蘇丹等10個(gè)國家19名學(xué)員參加。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容圍繞絲綢產(chǎn)品加工與創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)為主題，采取課堂教學(xué)、實(shí)踐教學(xué)和生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研相結(jié)合的授課方式，就栽桑養(yǎng)蠶、繅絲織綢、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與后整理等內(nèi)容展開，開設(shè)了絲纖維制備與加工技術(shù)、絲綢產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與織造技術(shù)、絲綢染整技術(shù)等全英文授課課程。組織學(xué)員觀摩“金富春杯”中國絲綢服裝暨第五屆中華嫁衣創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)大賽，并走訪了中國絲綢博物館、達(dá)利絲綢（浙江）有限公司、浙江泰坦股份有限公司、杭州紡織機(jī)械廠、杭州經(jīng)緯創(chuàng)意園區(qū)、湖州浙絲二廠、杭州宏華數(shù)碼科技有限公司等行業(yè)龍頭單位，同時(shí)組織學(xué)員一帶一路國際絲綢論壇、第18屆中國國際絲綢博覽會(huì)等重要國際交流活動(dòng)。
The present training program involved 19 trainees from 10 countries as India, Mauritius, Egypt, Thailand, Burma, Cambodia, Sudan, Bangladesh, Mongolia and Ghana etc. , focused on the themes of silk product processing and innovative design, adopted the teaching manner of classroom lecture, practice teaching and production field investigation, concerned the training of mulberry planting and silkworm raising, silk reeling and silk fiber weaving, product design and finishing, and set up such all-in-English lectures and courses as silk fiber preparation and processing technology, silk product design and weaving technology, silk dying and finishing, etc. The trainees went on field trips for 2017 Chinese Silk Garments&Chinese Wedding Dress Design Competition, visited such leading enterprises as China National Silk Museum, High Fashion Silk (Zhejiang) Co.Ltd., Zhejiang Taitan industry Co.Ltd., SILKROAD, Huzhou Zhejiang No. 2 SilkFactory, Hangzhou textile machinery group co. Ltd.,Atexco Digital Printing Co.Ltd., etc, and got organized and attended such important international exchange events as Belt and Road Forum for International Silk and 18th China International Silk Expo, etc.
舉辦國際培訓(xùn)班項(xiàng)目是我國科技援外工作的重要組成部分，也是一個(gè)很好的對(duì)外交流平臺(tái)。本次培訓(xùn)班的成功舉辦為國內(nèi)絲綢行業(yè)與亞非各國同行之間搭建起信息交流和科技合作的橋梁，使中國先進(jìn)絲綢相關(guān)技術(shù)在亞非發(fā)展中國家得到推廣應(yīng)用，也為國內(nèi)絲綢企業(yè)和科研機(jī)構(gòu)帶來了國際化發(fā)展的新生。據(jù)悉，這是我校第二次承辦此活動(dòng)，2017年我國共有發(fā)展中國家培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃67個(gè)。
The international training programs makes a significant part of Chinese science and technology foreign assistance, as well as a fine foreign exchange platform. The successful staging of the present training program was to build a bridge of information exchange and scientific and technological cooperation between the domestic silk industry and their counterparts in Asia and Africa, which not only helped to apply and promote the domestic advanced silk product processing and innovative design technology in the Asian and African developing countries, but brought a new life of internationalized development to the domestic silk enterprises and scientific research institutions.It is the second time for ZSTU to organize the workshop. In 2017, there are 67 international training programs for the developing countries in China.
